Headspace Hub

The Great Nothing

This is where everything exists inside headspace. It's a shroud of darkness that lifts as you explore. If you continue forward, you can find the Front Gate and the Wall, and behind is a portal.

Front Space

If you return backwards, there is a nebulous portal that one can peek into to observe the body's workings in being co-conscious, or enter to take front. That portal is called 'Front Space.'

The Wall

However, if you continue forward and away from Front Space, the Wall is a 40-foot stone structure with a 20-foot iron, spiked portcullis set into it. Along the top is a pathway for guards to watch. Currently damaged and covered in impenetrable darkness.

Moro's Hallow

If you continue along the side of The Wall, you will find an empty graveyard; dug holes but no bodies with blank headstones above them. Trees are twisted and dead in this place, charred at the bases like a fire ravaged through once. In the centre is a mausoleum. Moro sleeps atop the stone structure, looming like a statue over everything. A huge tree sits behind it with a hollowed out trunk where sometimes you can find Moro eating something they've hunted.

The Portcullis

Portcullis.jpg200

20 feet tall, dulled rivets at each 1'x1' intersection. Each rivet is about 1 inch in diameter. There's a fine covering of rust along some of the intersecting lines, but it's well oiled otherwise. One side set into the wall front, and another at the back makes a double-gate with about 8' between them. Each bar has enough space to fit an arm between them.

There's one at the Front Gate and another at the Back Gate to keep the Great Nothing out.

Front Gate

The Front Gate is the passageway between the double-gate. About 8' of walking between the portcullis gates means there isn't a lot of room between them if they lock.

Often Dobhar or King can be found here, patrolling or leaning against the wall.

Beyond The Wall

Milo cannot observe past this point, they're an anchor to the front.

The Main Road

This cuts through the main headspace, leading to a number of places. Grey cobblestone with a footpath and gas lamps lining it.

Amis's Bungalow

These two share a single-floor bungalow with two bedrooms, one for Thaide Larkspur Dekith and the other for Larkspur Thaide Dekith. A circular mirror hangs in the hallway in which they do their "Mirror Check" trick. If Larkspur Thaide Dekith is fronting for Amis, you'll often find him here in headspace.

Emilod's Garage & Upstairs Home

Emilod Certia is often tinkering inside the garage on the main floor. A place with many tools for metal and welding and soldering. Above the garage is his home. It's shutters are open while he's inside.

Chevaw's Homestead

Chevaw Liapzo lives in a small home on a ten acre farm that offshoots from behind Emilod Certia's. He spends most of his time either working the farm and raising his chickens, or out hunting elsewhere.

Dobhar and Reuben's Townhouse

Dobhar lives on the first floor. Reuben Adams lives on the second floor. With a shared entrance and a split staircase leading between the two apartments, Reuben is often found inside his own space.

King's Home

King lives in a luxurious modern home at the top of a hill. Black and sleek outside with plenty of windows; her home looks like a space ship sometimes at night.

Hisoka's Cave

(We don't know why he lives in a cave.) At the bottom of the hill is a cave entrance. It's barriered off.

Sleepyheads' Home

This is where all the Dormant Alters sleep. Most of the time they're deeply snoring, but you never know. It's a capsule-apartment type of building, where you can sign-in at the front and find yourself a place to sleep - indefinitely.

Back Gate

An imitation of the Front Gate. A passageway between the inside gate and outside gate, about 8' long.

If you enter from the road, you can exit into The Great Nothing this way. You cannot find the Back Gate from outside The Wall.

A hidden path along The Wall brings you to The Ruins.

The Ruins

This is where old headspace exists. Only accessible through the hidden path by the Back Gate.

When looking from the entrance, the aviary is to the left, with the elevators for the basement to the right, the old Front Space right ahead. Just the foundational supports remain of what used to be an expansive headspace. This place burned down at 16, becoming ruins. If you venture into the woods, you might find the old lean-to remnants.
